06/2007 -  09/2008 Manager Service Delivery/ Manager Billing a.i., Oxxio Nederland BV

 

In this role I was primarily responsible for the complete invoicing to all of Oxxio’s 800.000 electric and gas customers both for monthly direct debit advances as for yearly invoices. The Billing department I managed consisted of 14 persons.

 

Results: Set up of a professional Billing department, reducing invoicing backlog considerably, improving Energy Chamber (DTE) scores to the desired level.

 

 

09/2006 – 05/2007 Senior Projectmanager and Product Development, Bluem BV

 

I this role I was responsible for product development and execution of projects for Bluem products. Bluem is an innovative company specializing in digital documents from “Digitale Nota” (Rabobank Notabox), to biller direct implementations and e-mail marketing.

In this role I was responsible for assignments regarding optimizing processes within the finance function. My main focus areas were Order to Cash, Credit Management and Purchase to Pay (P2P). I advised clients regarding enhancement or redesign of these processes in order to make them more efficient and effective. Our clients belong to the Top 100 of Dutch Industry companies. Furthermore I participated in some projects in an interim manager capacity.

In this role I was responsible for and gave direction to the 6 operational advertising departments of the “Commercieel Bedrijf” of PCM. The “Commercieel Bedrijf” is a division of PCM Newspapers were all commercial activities (Shared Service Center) for the different newspaper titles are combined. Member of MT of the “Commercieel Bedrijf”.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·         Translate marketing plans of the different publishers into new products or organizational modifications within Operations and collaborating departments

·         Promoter and responsible for ERP implementation “Agora” within Operations

Together with a colleague I set up an international department within NMB-Heller. The focus for the international department were clients with substantial (>50%) export.  In this job I handled the foreign debtors of these clients.

·         Provide loans to our clients on the basis of their receivables

·         Collect the receivables with the foreign debtors

 

Special project:

Survey the effectiveness of the collection process of the German office (Neuss), propose solutions and implement them.
